As your next mayor, I have the leadership experience necessary to provide you the high quality of life you’ve come to expect in Reynoldsburg. The office of mayor is a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a- week job and that’s the mayor I intend to be. You deserve a mayor who has been successful in business, has an education in public administration and has shown proven leadership in our city government.

As a successful business owner for more than 25 years, I am keenly aware of what it takes to attract more business to our city. I recognize that business is the backbone of our city. I plan to work very hard to bring new businesses to Reynoldsburg. In addition, I will reduce the bureaucracy involved in locating a business in the city. You deserve a mayor who can expand and retain the tax base so vital to our city.

With an education in public administration, I am uniquely qualified to lead our city. Since obtaining a degree in political science with a concentration in public administration, I have taken advantage of additional educational opportunities. I have completed leadership training at The Ohio State University’s John Glenn Institute for Public Service and Public Policy and graduated from the Municipal League Leadership Training Academy.

Since becoming a member of the Reynoldsburg City Council, I have been elected Chairman of the Finance Committee three years in a row and president pro tempore for the last two years.  The Finance Committee oversees all expenditures of the city. I have the confidence of my fellow council members to lead the council when making financial decisions. As President pro tempore I preside over council when the president is unavailable.
